Every new organization starts with seven days of Pro access. No credit card is required to begin. You can use the inspection workflow, capture findings and photo evidence, and produce reports before choosing a paid plan.
The free trial provides Pro access for seven days. After the trial, choose the paid plan that matches the number of users your organization needs.
Solo includes one user, Pro includes three users, and Business includes five users. Enterprise user capacity is agreed separately.
No. Qskope does not require a card to start the seven-day Pro trial. You choose a paid plan when you are ready to continue after the trial.
Yes. Paid organizations can move to a higher standard plan as their needs grow. Paid upgrades take effect immediately and billing is adjusted for the change.
Yes. Pro and Business include unlimited custom inspection templates. You can create templates from scratch or duplicate and customise existing Qskope templates. Solo includes access to built-in inspection templates, and inspectors on every plan can add sections while completing an inspection.
Your paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. After that period ends, the organization becomes read-only rather than losing its historical inspection data.
Qskope preserves historical inspection data when paid access ends. The organization becomes read-only, so completed inspection records are retained while new write activity requires active access.
